As we have been updating our home we have been looking for little details that could use some love. Something that caught our attention from the beginning was the light fixture in our family room. It is a fan with some funky pendants over the lights. The fan is fine (sits a little low) but the lights gave off the weirdest disco affect.
We decided to replace the pendants to give off a softer light without the affects of a discoteca.
So much better. We also wanted to update the fan/light pulls that hang down. The ones that were on there were broken and pretty basic and we wanted to add a little fun factor. The new pulls have a picture of a fan and a light bulb. I thought that was so cute.
As we make our way around our house we find that these little details make such a difference. One thing at a time right.
